What counts as one of the 3 free reports?
One document. Downloading the same report again, as PDF or as Word, in a week or in a year, is always free. Writing, previewing, client cards and assessments have no limit on any plan.
What happens to my work if I stop paying?
Nothing. Your drafts, clients, assessments and letterhead are encrypted on your own device, not on a server, so they cannot be locked or taken away. You keep opening, editing and re-downloading everything you have already exported; only exporting a new report needs a plan again.
Is my client data part of this?
No. Client names, results, goals and notes never leave your device. Stripe is sent your email address and nothing else, and epnote's own account row holds a plan and a count, never a report.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Settings. The plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. Deleting your account cancels the subscription at once.
Is there GST?
No. Prices are in Australian dollars and epnote is not registered for GST, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Do you have a plan for a practice?
Clinic is built, for up to 5 EPs on one invoice, and it is not on sale yet. It is held back until epnote can sync encrypted work between devices, because a shared plan is worth little without that. Email us if you want it sooner.
