What changed

  • New page: the services epnote uses, in one table.
These are the services epnote hands anything to. The last column is the one that matters: no client, patient or report data reaches any of them, because it never leaves your device.

The services we use

ServiceWhat it doesWhat it receivesWhereClient data
VercelRuns the website and the app's own server routes. The method, path, status and duration of each request, and the network address it came from.Sydney, Australia. Vercel is a US company and may process its request logs overseas.None

GoogleSign in with Google, if you choose it, and the typefaces the pages load. For sign-in: that you signed in, and it returns your name and email address. There are no others. epnote uses no analytics service, no session recording, no advertising network and no error tracker that could receive what you type.

What none of them receive

Client names, measurements, goals, notes, conclusions and the text of every report stay in your browser on your device. Reports, Word and PDF files and the filled official forms are produced there too. Nothing in the table above has a copy, and nor do we.

Changes

If we add a service, it appears here before it is used, and the privacy policy changes with it. Questions go to epnote.app@outlook.com.
